  1. All the particulars of properties displayed on our website are produced in good faith and are normally provided by vendors or our local agents. We take all reasonable care to ensure these are accurate.  All details should be checked on inspection of the properties.  Buy a Trulli can accept no responsibility for errors in the details, which are provided for guidance in selecting properties.
  2. The asking price for the properties are correct at the time of publishing on the website. However, prices can be adjusted depending on the length of time the  property has been on the market. Some prices are fixed by the vendor and are non-negotiable, with others there may be room for negotiation. Our agent in Italy will be able to advise you whether there is a 'fixed' or negotiable price on the property you are interested in.
  3. No charge is made for our services until a purchase is made. However, due to a number of timewasters, our agent reserves the right to charge a small fee for weekend viewings. This will be, of course, refunded when a purchase is made.
  4. The above terms and conditions are considered to be accepted when you accept an appointment made by ourselves or our agents.
