Hi, our names are Mark and Julie Stafford.
Our aim is to make buying your home in Puglia as stressfree as possible. Our advice is based on our own personal experiences and regular visits to our Trulli in San Michele Salentino.

We, together with our partners and personal friends in Italy will help you find your new house in the sun. We offer a comprehensive service, including organising viewings for you, and assisting you all the way through with the buying process. Then, if your chosen property needs a bit of TLC, we are well placed to put you in touch with local builders, plumbers and other useful tradespeople, many of whom we have used ourselves and can highly recommend.
